About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Elite Plus Garage website and your general relationship with us as a customer. Specific terms for individual jobs (parts, labour, warranty on work carried out) are confirmed with you directly when you book. Our registered company details are published once onboarding is complete — see the site footer.
Our Price Promise
The price we quote is the price you pay. If anything changes once your vehicle is on the ramp — for example an unforeseen fault — we call you before doing any further work.
Bookings and cancellations
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move a booking, so we can offer the slot to another customer.

This website is provided for information and to help you get in touch with us. Prices shown as "typically from" are indicative only — your exact price is confirmed when you book, in line with our Price Promise above.
